Can't connect to Bluetooth devices

Robin supports the following Bluetooth profiles:

  • HSP 1.2
  • HFP 1.6
  • OPP
  • FTP
  • A2DP 1.2
  • AVRC 1.5
  • HID

This means that Robin should be able to connect to most Bluetooth devices. If you are having issues, it is possible that your device is connected to too many other mobile phones, or isn't compatible. 

If you've paired your Robin once to the Bluetooth device, but the connection is not working, delete the pairing and start again. From your Robin, go to Settings > Bluetooth, view the available devices,  select the device you want to pair to, and remove it from the available devices. Attempt to pair it again.
